There is something special about a steaming cup of masala chai that speaks to your soul. The sense of calm that overcomes you as you take your first sip - a few moments of peace as you start your day.



  1. Boil water
  2. Add black tea leaves and Chai Masala blend
  3. Boil 2 minutes
  4. Add milk, bring to boil until tea is about to overflow, do this once more (double boil method), turn off the stove
  5. Cover pot with lid and let sit for 2 minutes
  6. Strain tea into cup, add your favorite sugar or sweetener and serve


Additional Milk Options:

SKIM - no water, 1 cup milk

2% - no water, 1 cup milk

ALMOND - 3/4 cup water, 1 cup milk

COCONUT - 1 cup water, 3/4 cup milk

OAT - 1 cup water, 1 cup milk
